Hayhurst Mole & Wasp Control are a small business based in Rossendale, Lancashire that provides the professional removal of moles and wasp nests. Proud to be registered with the British mole catchers register and Basis prompt who both recognise true professionalism, So you can feel assured your issue will be resolved accordingly. I have been mole catching on and off now for around 16 years and i am very dedicated to the work and to the profession. I use traditional trapping methods to remove moles and i am highly against the poisoning and gassing methods. There are many products you can purchase over the counter and there’s also methods you can read up online that can apparently help vacate moles but these really don’t work. The best method is to actually have the moles removed professionally. I have also previously been in full time pest control businesses and still use my experience for professional wasp control treatment. What We Do
Mole control
As most of you will already know, moles can cause a vast amount of damage. Whether its to a keen gardeners turf or to a hard working farmers field. They can dig up valuable grazing space and even contaminate the silage. Not only that moles can spread some diseases to livestock and will most definitely destroy a beautifully maintained lawn. Moles are active all year, they have a main breeding season around March time and they are also solitary and territorial animals. If you have soft loose soil in your garden or field etc and if there’s also a abundance of earth worms your most likely to find it home to a mole.
Wasp control
Most wasp activity peaks at around summer time. The queen will start to build her nest in spring and then it will become more active in the warmer days. Many people have tried their own methods such as purchasing sprays or powders, and whilst it may eradicate a few wasps it won't really destroy the entire nest. We however provide the professional treatment for wasps and also their nests.
